About us

The idea to start a general construction company first arose in July 1995. It was spurred by a growing demand for services in the field of building engineering mainly in Toruń and the neighboring towns. At that time, while the name of the company was rather equivocal for a construction business: Services and Trade Company Anna Bartosik, we were doing our best to make good use of our basic skills. As we did not stand out among other construction business competitors, we decided that only by being particularly attentive to the needs of our customers we could become a construction company of wide renown and recognition in Poland. Today, we continue to approach every potential customer individually and pay considerable attention to their satisfaction with the cooperation with our company.

Market abhors a vacuum and the expectations and preferences of customers also change. What’s more, the quality of goods and services available on the market is constantly growing. That is why we closely observe the situation on the market, employ experienced workers and pay attention to details in everyday work. As a result of the developments and changes in the business, we decided to redefine the profile of our company in July 2005. Consequently, ARJAN construction company was established, which provides professional services in various areas of building industry. Having entered over years into numerous business relations, the company was able to accomplish a number of large-size projects such as a shopping centre or a logistics center. Currently, the business name of the company is ARJAN Industrial Sp. z o.o.

Range of business activities

Our construction company offers services in three main areas:

• industrial building
• residential building
• commercial facilities

It does not mean, however, that we do not get involved in other types of activities. Having an excellent team of workers at our disposal, we are able to meet every expectation of the investors.

Market area

We provide building services all over Poland. Being sensitive and open to our costumers’ needs, we are ready to start cooperation on any site in Poland the investor decides to choose. Our main goal is to make our customers as satisfied as possible.

• Expansion of a Procter & Gamble warehouse at a factory in Warszawa – Targówek (under the supervision of SKANSKA S.A.)
• Concrete reinforcement, masonry and ferroconcrete works on a LIDL Logistics Center site in Pruszcz Gdański (under the supervision of SKANSKA S.A.)
• Comprehensive construction of detached houses in Toruń and in the surrounding districts (Elgiszewo, Chełmża, Złotoria, Kaszczorek, Lubicz, Łysomice, Łubianka)
• Reinforced concrete monolithic works in LEROY MERLIN DIY hypermarket in Toruń under the supervision of SKANSKA S.A.
• Renovation of a manor and palace building complex in Grubno near Chełmno
• Construction of a fish processing plant of Nord Torrente Fish company in Dąbrowa Chełmińska
• Comprehensive construction of semidetached houses within ‘Leśna Polana’ housing district in Toruń – investor ADRIANA S.A.
• Masonry works in miniMAL shopping centre (currently Billa) in Toruń under the supervision of Budmont Pomorze company
